Teri Simonton, COO / Pixelmongress
Teri is our top generalist with enough knowledge in all areas to see the big picture. Teri handles project management, GUI & CSS design, and accessibility and usability testing.
Her early professional career in the public relations/communications field complements more than 12 years in web design and development. She has previously worked for the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, the Oklahoma Guaranteed Student Loan Program, The OKC Salvation Army Area Command and the Oklahoma State Chamber.

Joseph Harzheim, Senior Software Developer
Joseph is an experienced systems analyst and applications developer specializing in Microsoft software technologies. His expertise also includes management of software teams working on complex projects. Some of Joseph’s recent projects include development of learning management systems, geographic information systems and data-driven applications using large Microsoft SQL Server databases.

Trey Simonton, Creative Director / Wind Junkie
Trey is our resident perfectionist and concept guy. His passion for graphic design developed shortly after deciding that Calculus wasn’t his forte. With his BA in Graphic Design from UCO (and a pink slip from Garfield’s restaurant), 
Trey started Digital Graffiti in 1991 and thus began his adventures in the world of commercial art and design. That journey has allowed him to work for local and international clients including Sonic, Astroturf, Express Employment Professionals, and PAiA Electronics.
If he's not at his desk, you might just spot him kiteboarding at Lake Hefner.
